MLB Predictions
The A’s have struggled to win games when Manaea starts. The club is just 3-9 in his last 12 road starts and 2-5 in his last seven outings overall. Furthermore, the A’s have lost seven of Manaea’s last nine divisional starts and are 1-4 in his last five outings coming off our days of rest.
Conversely, the Angels have won five of Shoemaker’s last six starts against the A’s. They’re also a perfect 5-0 in Shoemaker’s last five home starts and 6-2 in his last eight outings overall. The Halos are 4-1 in his last five outings against American League West rivals as well.
