College Football Odds: Florida State favored in the ACC 8/23/17

COLLEGE FOOTBALL ODDS
According to the latest oddsmakers, Florida State is favored to win, as the Seminoles have odds of -110 to win. Other short odds are Clemson (+300), Louisville (+500) and Miami (+500). The college football season gets started this weekend, while ACC games begin as soon as next weekend.
FLORIDA STATE
Florida State is coming off a 10-3 record last season with a 5-3 mark in the ACC. FSU enters this season ranked No. 3 in both preseason polls. The Seminoles have won 15 ACC titles in program history, with the last coming in 2014. FSU appears to have the most talent on paper entering the season.
CLEMSON
Clemson was 14-1 last season, winning the national championship and the ACC. The Tigers were 7-1 in conference play. Clemson is ranked fifth in both preseason polls. The Tigers have won 16 ACC titles in program history and they are the two-time defending ACC champs. Clemson has some big holes to fill from last season’s team, including at quarterback.
LOUISVILLE
Louisville was 9-4 last season and 7-1 in the ACC. The Cardinals are 16th in the AP poll and 17th in the Coaches Poll. Louisville brings back the Heisman Trophy winner in Lamar Jackson. He is hoping to lead the Cardinals to their first ACC title.
MIAMI
Miami was 9-4 last season and 5-3 in the ACC. The Hurricanes are in the Coastal Division of the ACC and have an easier road to the championship game than the other three teams. Miami finds itself ranked 18th in both preseason polls. Miami has won nine conference titles in program history, but never the ACC.
