NBA Predictions: Is 13 Points Enough for the Terri-Bulls? 10/19/17
The Chicago Bulls are going to be bad this year, and unfortunately for Bulls plans it doesn’t even seem like there’s a process to put trust in. The Bulls starting lineup consists of Jerian Grant, Justin Holiday, George Zipser, Lauri Markkanen, and Robin Lopez. Not exactly the dream team for the NBA Predictions Raptors Bulls 10/19/17 against a Toronto Raptors squad that was third in the Eastern Conference last season.
Odds
Point spreads are likely going to be somewhat low until oddsmakers find out just how bad the Bulls are. Tonight there actually could be some value in Toronto even as -13 double digit favorites in the home opener. Sportsbook security will probably cut you off of alcohol sales – but the Bulls are +797 if you want to take them on the ML.
Chicago Bulls
Gone are Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade. Also gone are the two ‘new’ faces of the Chicago Bulls in Bobby Portis and Nikola Mirotic – because the former punched the latters ‘face’ of the Bulls in a practice skirmish. A team that is not supposed to be good coming unraveled even before the first tip-off of the season is classic NBA comedy. Chicago is supposed to be horrendously bad in 2017 with a projected win total of 22.5 but with drama surfacing already in the preseason, that number might even be a bit high.
Toronto Raptors
The Raptors didn’t do much in attempting to catch Cleveland or Boston for the guard of the Eastern Conference – but they also didn’t get worse. In comes C.J Miles to stretch the floor with 3-point shooting and gone is DeMarre Carroll, who wasn’t a great fit with the Raptors anyways. What they did do was keep their core in tact, re-signing both Kyle Lowry and Serge Ibaka. If Lebron heads West next year, it could open up Toronto’s path to the Finals in the East.
NBA Predictions Raptors Bulls 10/19/17
Simply put, the Bulls are a hard bet at any time this year. Maybe they’ll surprise people for the NBA Predictions Raptors Bulls 10/19/17 under coach Fred Hoiberg’s guidance, but it’s not worth my money to wait and see. This is a good ‘exhibition game that counts’ for the Raptors to start their regular season.
Pick: Toronto -13
