Toronto evened the series on Saturday with an 87-76 victory at Milwaukee. It was the first time the Raptors covered the spread in the series. Milwaukee has covered in four of its last five games with Toronto. The Raptors comes into today’s game 53-33 overall, 29-14 at home and 46-39-1 against the spread. Milwaukee is 44-42 overall, 20-23 on the road and 39-47 against the spread.
GAME 4 RECAP
The Bucks really struggled with their shooting in Game 4 this past weekend, going just 30-of-81 from the floor and 5-of-21 from 3-point land. They also committed 20 turnovers as the Raptors got back to their lockdown defense. Toronto didn’t shoot all that much better, going 33-of-80 from the floor and 5-of-22 from the arc, but they had just 12 turnovers with 11 steals. DeMar DeRozan had 33 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals to lead the Raptors in the win while Khris Middleton had 10 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Bucks.
NBA PLAYOFFS PREDICTION
These teams have been alternating good and bad performances. The Bucks have bounced back offensively after having a poor shooting night in the previous game. However, I think the Raptors take a lot of confidence into Game 5, as their defense was really at a high level. DeRozan had one of his best games and Lowry should join him today at home. I like Toronto to cover at home.
