The Pitching Matchup: Ty Blach (SF) vs. Daniel Norris (DET)

Blach enters play with a 5-5 record and a 4.60 ERA over 86 innings of work this season. He picked up a win in his last start, a 5-3 victory against the Rockies in San Francisco. In that game, Blach allowed three runs (one earned) on seven hits over 6 1/3 innings of work.

On the other side, Norris is 4-6 on the year and owns a 5.00 ERA. He took the loss in an 8-2 defeat against the Royals in his last start. The veteran allowed five runs on eight hits and lasted just 3 2/3 innings while striking out three and walking one. Norris surrendered two home runs in that defeat.
