According to oddsmakers, Colorado is -158 money line favorites to win tonight at home. That makes Cincinnati a +143 money line underdog to pull off the upset. The total, meanwhile, sits at 12 runs.

The Pitching Matchup: Luis Castillo (CIN) vs. Jeff Hoffman (COL)

The 24-year-old Castillo has pitched 10 2/3 innings this season. He has two no-decisions in two starts. In his last outing, Castillo pitched 5 2/3 innings, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out nine and walking three in a 4-3 win over the Brewers. The youngster owns a 3.38 ERA and 1.69 WHIP.

As for Hoffman, he doesn’t have a win in his last three starts. In his last outing, he pitched 6 2/3 innings against the Giants in San Francisco, which resulted in a no-decision. IN that outing, Hoffman struck out six and walked three while allowing two runs on six hits. He’s 4-1 on the year and owns a 4.04 ERA.
