Hawks vs. Bulls NBA Predictions Against the Spread 10/26/17
Are the Hawks a good underdog play tonight when they travel to Chicago to play the Bulls at 8:00PM ET?

According to oddsmakers, Chicago is now a 3-point home favorite after the game opened as a pick’em. The total, meanwhile, hit the board at 198.5 but was bet up to 201.5.
Atlanta enters play tonight with a 1-3 record and is just 1-2-1 against the spread. Chicago is winless on the new season but covered in two of those three losses.
Atlanta Hawks
Dennis Schroder (ankle) will not travel to Chicago for Thursday’s game vs. the Bulls. He wasn’t expected to play and is hopeful of returning on Friday vs. Denver. Malcolm Delaney played 33 minutes in the starting lineup on Monday vs. the Heat with 10 points, four rebounds, one assist, two steals and a triple, but coach Mike Budenholzer hinted that we could see more of Josh Magette and Isaiah Taylor.
Chicago Bulls
Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg liked what he saw from Kay Felder in Tuesday’s loss to the Cavaliers. “I thought he gave us a really good lift,” Hoiberg said of Felder who scored 13 points in 16 minutes. “He can really score the basketball. That’s who he is, a guy who can get into the paint and when he makes shots like he did tonight, he’s very dangerous.” The Bulls have a position battle on their hands and things are only going to get more complicated with Kris Dunn (finger) possibly returning on Thursday. He’s only worth keeping an eye on in deeper formats for now.
Our Prediction
The Hawks have been a great play in this series for bettors. In the last four meetings between these two teams, the Hawks are 4-0 against the spread. In their last five games against the Central, the Hawks are also 4-1 against the number. They’re 7-1 at the betting window in their last eight games played on Thursday, too.
The Bulls, meanwhile, are just 2-5 against the spread in their last five games dating back to last year. They’re also 1-5 against the number in their last six conference tilts.
