Georgia Tech vs. Clemson College Football Predictions Against Spread 10/28/17
Will Clemson roll against ACC foe Georgia Tech tonight when the conference rivals battle at 8:00PM ET?

According to oddsmakers, the Tigers are 14-point home favorites to knock off the Yellow Jackets. Clemson opened as a 15.5-point home favorite but the line was bet down. As for the total, the number hit the board at 52. It currently sits at 49.5 points.
Georgia Tech has been competitive all season. The Yellow Jackets are 4-2 straight up and a perfect 6-0 against the spread. Clemson, meanwhile, is 6-1 on the field and 4-3 at the betting window.

Junior quarterback TaQuon Marshall rushed for 163 yards and two touchdowns on 23 attempts in Saturday’s 38-24 win over Wake Forest. Marshall also threw for 68 yards, but the passing game is not Georgia Tech’s jam. He was held out of the scoring column in the first half before coming on to blister the Demon Deacons after halftime, rushing for scores of 49 yards and 70 yards in the third and fourth quarters, respectively. Marshall has now rushed for 704 yards and 11 touchdowns in six games and has a 5/0 TD/INT ratio passing just for good measure.
Clemson Tigers
Junior signal-caller Kelly Bryant has been cleared to play against Georgia Tech after going through concussion protocol. “I feel good. I feel back to normal,” Bryant said. The quarterback dealt with an ankle issue heading into the loss against Syracuse and it obviously held him back. Then the head injury happened and Bryant was sidelined. Clemson’s offense has been impressive with Bryant at full strength, and they still have just one loss on their record.
Our Prediction
Clemson dominated Georgia Tech a year ago, holding the Yellow Jackets to 7 points and 124 total yards. Georgia Tech’s vaunted triple-option was held to 95 yards on 38 carries, which is a 2.5 average. The Tigers once again feature one of the best defensive lines in the nation and had a full week to prepare for Paul Johnson’s offense. I hate going against Georgia Tech, which has been so good at the betting window this year, but I see a focused Clemson winning by two-plus touchdowns tonight.
